Grant and Funding Form
Every Chapter Must Submit an Chapter Delegate form for the 2010 Southeast District Convention to the District President, David M. Smith, no later than March 11th, 2010.

The award application forms are to be sent to Jon Gifford the Secretary-Treasurer.

Below is a list of required information for running for District Office. Please, send to Jon Gifford, Secretary-Treasurer, postmarked no later than March 11, 2010. Failure to send in required information and posted marked by the above date will result in a void of your packet.
