Cedrick Boyd is the President of the Southeast District of Kappa Kappa Psi. He has previously served a term as the Southeast Districts Secretary-Treasurer. He became a charter member of the Mu Iota Chapter of Jacksonville State University March 1st, 2009 where he has served in the capacity of multiple chapter officers.Cedrick's principal instrument is the flute; he is active in the Jacksonville State University Marching Southerners where he has served as Head Section Leader for three years. He is the principal piccolo player in the university's top concert band ensemble, Chamber Winds and various other ensembles. He is currently pursing an undergraduate degree in Music Education at Jacksonville State University. In addition to active participation in Kappa Kappa Psi, Cedrick is also a member of the College National Association for Music Education.
Rajah J. Jackson is the Vice President of the Southeast District of Kappa Kappa Psi. Rajah resides from Richmond, Va where he graduated from Henrico High School. He was initiated into the Iota Zeta chapter at North Carolina A&T State University on March 29, 2009. He is a double major in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering. He is still an active member of the Blue & Gold Marching Machine, as well as several other ensembles. Within the Iota Zeta chapter he has served as chapter treasurer for two consecutive terms. His love for music on top of his curriculum work through engineering is incredible. He is always looking for new ways to grow. Rajah will receive his Mechanical Engineering degree in May 2012 and Industrial in May 2013. After graduation, Rajah plans to go straight into the Automotive work field. He is a dedicated brother and is never afraid to step outside of his comfort zone.
Brandon-Rashad Kenny is the Secretary/Treasurer of the Southeast District of Kappa Kappa Psi. He was initiated into the Zeta Phi chapter at Tuskegee University in March 2010. He is currently in pursuance of his Bachelor or Arts Degree in English. He is a dedicated and active member of the Tuskegee University Band Program, which consists of the historic, Marching Crimson Piper Band as well as the concert and jazz ensembles. In the Zeta Phi chapter, Kenny has served as Recording Secretary (2010-11) and currently serves as chapter president. Through his musical involvement on campus, he has built an unwavering bond with his fraternity brothers, fellow bandsmen and the campus community, alike. Kenny enjoys fostering a love of music into the lives of younger bandsmen especially those who are rooted in his hometown, Atlanta, Georgia. Post graduating from Tuskegee in May 2013, he plans to enroll in a graduate program that will help to master his creative writing skills. Ultimately, his goal is to become a college professor with focuses in Creative Writing and Journalism.
Stephen Arline is the Member At Large for the southeast district. He is a member of the Mu Iota chapter located at Jacksonville State University. Stephen also serves as the chapters corresponding secretary. His primary instrument is trombone and is a member of the internationally known Marching Southerners. While in Jacksonville, Stephen is pursuing a degree in music education. After college, he intends to teach band at the high school level in the southeast.
Douglas Dobos is a senior Music Education major from Panama City Beach, Florida. Douglas was initiated into the Zeta Upsilon Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi at TROY University in the Spring of 2009. Since then, he has held chapter leadership positions including Awards Chairman and Vice President of Service. He currently holds the position of Warden and Recording Secretary. Douglas is the principle bassoonist of the TROY University Symphony Band. He participates in the Double Reed Ensemble, Tuba/Euphonium Ensemble, as well as various small ensembles throughout the John M. Long School of Music. He is active in the leadership of the "Sound of the South" marching band, serving as the head sousaphone section leader. Douglas plans to graduate in the Fall of 2013.!
Greg Boike serves as Regional Representative for the states of Georgia and Florida. He attends the University of Georgia and has been a member of the Kappa Mu Chapter since spring of 2009. Currently, Greg serves as Ritual Chair for Kappa Mu. Greg plays tenor saxophone in the Redcoat Marching Band, and has served as a librarian and rank leader for the Redcoats. He also plays in the Derbies Pep Band, Volleyball Band, and UGA Catholic Center's student music group. Next year, Greg will attend graduate school to pursue a Masters of Public Administration or Public Policy.
Amy Kellems currently serves as the Kappa Kappa Psi Regional Representative for the Carolinas. Amy is a bassoonist and a Fall 2010 initiate of the Kappa Mu chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi at the University of Georgia. She is a second year Music Education major. Amy plays baritone in UGA's Redcoat Marching Band, and played bassoon in the 2011 Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma National Intercollegiate Band. Amy is an alumna of the South Carolina Governor's school for the Arts and Humanities in Greenville, South Carolina. Upon graduating, she hopes to teach middle school band. Her interests include Jesus, family, football and baseball, and her beloved yellow Labrador puppy, Lilli.

Dr. Craig Aarhus is currently Associate Director of Bands and Assistant Professor of Music at Mississippi State University. At MSU, he co-directs the Famous Maroon Band and basketball pep bands, conducts the Starkville/MSU Community Band, and teaches courses in the Department of Music. In 2010, he was the recipient of a StatePride award from the College of Education for excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service. Prior to his appointment at MSU, Dr. Aarhus was a successful middle school and high school band director in the public schools of Alabama. He holds degrees in music education and conducting from Auburn University and The University of Iowa, respectively. As a student at Auburn, he was drum major of the marching band for three years and received the President's Award as the top graduate of the College of Education. While at Iowa, he was the recipient of the prestigious Iowa Performance Fellowship, arranged music and wrote drill for the Hawkeye Marching Band, and served as co-director of the Iowa Pep Band. He also directed the Southeast Iowa Concert Band at Iowa Wesleyan College for two years. Dr. Aarhus is a member of several professional organizations including Phi Beta Mu, CBDNA, NBA (state chair), the Mississippi Bandmasters Association, Kappa Kappa Psi (District Governor), Phi Mu Alpha and has served as an adjudicator and clinician throughout the region. He is a contributing author to two volumes of the Teaching Music Through Performance in Band series and has worked as a clinician at the Smith-Walbridge Drum Major Clinics for 12 years. He and his family reside in Starkville and are members of First Presbyterian Church where Dr. Aarhus serves as Music Director.
